you want to make a return? here’s how.

 

We accept returns that meet the following requirements:

  • Your item must be in new condition. We will not accept used or damaged items.

  • Returns received within 30 days of your original purchase date will be refunded in full, with the exclusion of shipping charges.

Please keep in mind, shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs; unless we made a mistake, in which case we will provide a return label. Woffle Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

While we don't offer exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. Please email hello@woffleco.com to begin a return. We recommend including your Order # in order to speed up the return process.
