Are woffle™ beds machine-washable?
Yes! In fact, our Woffle™ beds include TWO machine-washable layers: the exterior cotton canvas layer and the waterproof liner can both be removed and washed. We’re working on being able to sell our cover separately so you can purchase it when you need a new one.
where is my extra bed being donated?
When you purchase a Woffle™, we hand-deliver a special, donated bed to rescue shelters around the Midwest, ship beds to organizations that assist with dogs displaced by natural disasters, senior dog sanctuaries and other focused non-profits. With your help, we will expand our reach to shelter locations across the United States. Send us your favorite location here, and we’ll add it to our list.
why is the woffLe™ different than the donated bed?
Our goal is to bring safe, quality beds into the homes of our Woffle™ dogs while also ensuring our shelter pups are comfortable as they await their forever homes. The type of bed shelters prefer is one that is elevated, durable and reusable. These donation beds allow shelters to keep their dogs comfortable and raised up off the floor, out of their own mess. It’s important to us that we adhere to shelter standards to provide the best quality of life for their dogs.
what is your return policy?
We accept returns that meet the following requirements:
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition
Returns received within 30 days of original purchase will be refunded in full, with the exclusion of shipping charges
We cannot accept returns after 30 days
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs; unless we made a mistake, in which case we will provide a return label. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.
While we don't offer exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. Please email hello@woffleco.com to begin a return within 7 days of delivery date.
